Justin formed Capital W REI in 2019 after experiencing courthouse auctions, online auctions and teaching himself a winning formula for pre-foreclosure marketing. We either buy homes at auction, or we purchase homes from those who are facing foreclosure. We’d much rather purchase from those facing foreclosure because we usually can provide proceeds back to the home owners. We also offer free estate sale facilitation, free moving and free bulk waste removal for our home sellers when we purchase a property. We have a strong network of trades, marketing partners, real estate professionals and title companies that work with us on all transactions.
Justin Waltz, a Baltimore, Maryland native, came of age during pivotal moments in history, experiencing the 9/11 attacks during high school and the 2007-2008 financial and real estate crash at just 23 years old. These events sparked his interest in real estate, finance, and business. Justin embarked on his journey with a solid foundation of real-world entrepreneurial experience, a drive for success, and a strong work ethic instilled by his father.
Armed with a 20-year career in finance and franchise operations, Justin delved into real estate through various avenues, including podcasts, conferences, mentorships, and hands-on experience. In 2020, he made the decision to expand his real estate portfolio.
